Fatal Road Accidents

+150 dead on our roads. Alarming figure. Our roads in Mauritius are serial killers. Such fatalities are not accidents. They are provoked and caused. Reasons are many. Only a cautious road user will avoid caused fatalities. In 2015, 139 persons lost lives on our roads, in 2016, we had 144, and in December this year (2017) we have already registered 154 fatal deaths. This trend is certainly disturbing. Drivers, pedestrians and other road users have a responsibility to take care. One unconscious mind for a fraction of second can cost the life of one another person.
